What happens during the home loan process?
The process includes Application & Review, Approval, Closing, Servicing, and First Payment. During Approval you'll receive conditional approval, appraisal results, and a 'clear to close' when all requirements are met.
Can I prequalify without affecting my credit?
Prequalification gives an estimate of what you can borrow and helps narrow your home search. Contact a lending specialist or use the Digital Mortgage Experience to get prequalified.
What is PayPlan?
PayPlan sets up automatic recurring mortgage payments from any AWS Vision checking or savings account. Adjust the draft date or pay extra toward principal anytime through Home Loan Navigator®.
